Predolin Humanities Center took place in June , and the building opened in August In , the College introduced the undergraduate Weekend Degree Program. In , the Adult College Completion Program was launched with a program in business administration. Since then, graduate programs in nursing, accountancy, and marriage and family therapy have been added. A doctoral program in education was added in —02, and in the College began offering online courses in select graduate-level programs.

In the Fall of , the first students moved into Dominican Hall, the largest residence hall on campus, which has received LEED certification for its design, construction, and operation.

The campus is located miles northwest of Chicago, in Madison - a vibrant city situated among four lakes in south-central Wisconsin. With approximately on-campus residents, you will enjoy a traditional campus experience with easy access to Madison's cultural, social and recreational experiences.

The city offers 6, acres of parkland and greenways, with numerous bike paths linking Madison to Wisconsin's rolling countryside. Located on the wooded shores of Lake Wingra, Edgewood gives students the best of both worlds: the friendly community and individual attention of a small campus, combined with opportunities found in larger cities. There is a small beach, where students have access to boat rentals kayaks, canoes and stand-up paddle boards. When the weather is nice, it makes for a great afternoon outdoors.

If you like to hike, fish, ski, snowboard, bike or run, Edgewood College has plenty of ways to enjoy the great outdoors year-round. There are more than 50 student-led social, educational, professional, and service organizations including, Student Government, Campus Activities Board, newspaper and literary magazine, College Ministries, Habitat for Humanity, Black Student Union, and more. After losing his bid for a second term as governor, he turned his attention to the milling operation that he started in Minnesota.

The sisters opened St. Only the carriage house remained standing, now known as Marshall Hall. The sisters began reconstruction at once, reopening two years later as Sacred Heart Academy. In Edgewood High School opened its doors as a co-educational high school, and the sisters also began a junior college for women in the same building. Thirteen years later Edgewood College became a four-year college. The school was staffed by Dominican Sisters who had advanced degrees from several colleges and universities.

In the summer of , the front entrance to the Campus School was remodeled to create a more esthetic and secure entry for students and visitors. Continuing renovations to the original Campus School building take place each summer. In , the middle school, which is based within Edgewood High School, moved to a new location that is home to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade classrooms, a library media center, testing room, relaxation room, offices, and a student lounge area.
